Terms and Conditions

Delivery Timescales

Orders will be posted out the next working day after you placed the order e.g. if the order was placed on Monday then it will be posted out on Tuesday.  Parcels are sent by second class post.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged at 15% on all applicable items. 

Refunds/exchanges

A refund will be given providing you notify the AoR within 7 days of delivery.  The AoR will replace/refund/repair products free of charge for the customer.

Overseas

We are pleased to send orders overseas.  Any customs charges are borne by the customer.

Acceptance of Orders

The AoR reserves the right to refuse any order.

Prices

The AoR reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
